Aquamax\u00ae PURIFICATION PROCESS<\/strong>
\nThe AQUAmax\u00ae wastewater treatment plant works according to the SBR principle with three cycles per day. Each cycle lasts eight hours and ten minutes so that you do not repeat the cycles at the same time every day.
\nEach cycle is made up of five phases: feeding, aeration, mixing, settling, evacuation of treated water.<\/p>\n

ADVANTAGES<\/strong>
\nManufactured in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), the tanks give the structures maximum resistance over time, an anti-UV treatment protects the structures from the attacks of the sun.
\nIn addition to the mechanical aspects of HDPE, the stations are lightweight which allows for easy installation. Two tanks are necessary for stations of 20 to 50 equivalent inhabitants (Classic range). Then three tanks between 50 and 150 PE (professional range) and finally five tanks between 150 and 230 PE (professional XL range).
\nAQUAmax\u00ae technology is a simple maintenance technology because all its elements can be removed from the tanks in a few seconds, which considerably reduces maintenance costs. As this system is not supplied by a compressor or a blower but by an immersed aerator, the noise nuisance is almost zero and the operating components need to be changed less frequently.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\n\t\t\n\t\t

MAINTENANCE<\/h3>\n

The HDPE device is insensitive to corrosion and does not require special maintenance.
\nThe user or a cleaning company must intervene regularly, once a month (according to standard NFEN 1825-2), in order to control the quantity of grease stored and proceed, if necessary, to its
\nscraping (by means of a skimmer dedicated to this use for example) or to the total emptying of the tank.
\nThe collected fat will be disposed of as solid waste.
\nThe optional grease and crude alarms will allow the user to be notified as soon as the retention capacity of either of these elements is reached.
\nAfter each complete emptying, wash the appliance and immediately fill it with clean water.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
