Accueil<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”bloc__info-produit bloc__info-produit–vert”]The Ultra-GRIP\u00ae studded membrane is used in rehabilitation or new work for the protection of concrete structures (tanks, basins, aqueducts, sewers, pipes, etc.)
\nUltra-GRIP\u00ae is available in HDPE – PP – PVDF – ECTFE depending on chemical and temperature constraints.
\nTwo stud heights: 13 and 19 mm. The height of the studs is independent of the thickness of the plate.
\nThe membrane is 2 to 12 mm thick.
\nUltra-GRIP\u00ae is extruded in sheets or rolls. As manufacturing is carried out continuously, the supplier can offer rolls up to 5 m wide and 50 m long without welding.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”top”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text el_class=”produit-description__container produit-description__container–bleu”]<\/p>\n

IMPLEMENTATION<\/strong>
\nThe plates are assembled using breakable profiles. The latter make it possible to maintain the spacing of the plates and to limit the presence of laitance to the right of the weld.
\nAfter stripping, the tear-off part of the breakable profile is removed. The plates are then welded to the extrusion.
\nThe holes in the form spacers are also plugged with extruded HDPE pellets.
\nA plucked grid, made with \u201ci\u201d profiles, ensures the flatness of the raft and serves as a support for the installation of the plates. Concrete is poured between the pickings.<\/p>\n

NEW WORKS
\nINSTALLATION BY PREFABRICATED ELEMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The prefabricated elements make it possible to reduce or even eliminate welding on site.
\nThe photos below show the different setups of an 11 x 1.50 x 2 m high unloading tank, equipped with a sump (Fig. 35). This work was
\ntotally prefabricated in a boilermaking workshop.
\nAfter having earthed, the reinforcement is placed, then the concrete slab is poured (Fig. 36). The prefabricated Ultra-GRIP element is ready to be positioned in its
\nlocation (Fig. 37). We lock the sails (Figs. 38 and 39), then we sink the walls (Fig. 40).
\nThis unloading tank (Fig. 41) was thus installed without any welding on site.
\nIn industry, the downtime being limited, this technique allows rapid and reliable implementation, whereas traditional solutions (resins, etc.)
\nmust be applied to concrete with 28 days of setting and under controlled humidity.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text][\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle” disable_element=”yes”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text el_class=”info-entretien__bloc”]<\/p>\n

MAINTENANCE<\/h3>\n

The HDPE device is insensitive to corrosion and does not require special maintenance.
\nThe user or a cleaning company must intervene regularly, once a month (according to standard NFEN 1825-2), in order to control the quantity of grease stored and proceed, if necessary, to its
\nscraping (by means of a skimmer dedicated to this use for example) or to the total emptying of the tank.
\nThe collected fat will be disposed of as solid waste.
\nThe optional grease and crude alarms will allow the user to be notified as soon as the retention capacity of either of these elements is reached.
\nAfter each complete emptying, wash the appliance and immediately fill it with clean water.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
