Aquamax® PURIFICATION PROCESS
The AQUAmax® wastewater treatment plant works according to the SBR principle with three cycles per day. Each cycle lasts eight hours and ten minutes so that you do not repeat the cycles at the same time every day.
Each cycle is made up of five phases: feeding, aeration, mixing, settling, evacuation of treated water.

ADVANTAGES
Manufactured in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), the tanks give the structures maximum resistance over time, an anti-UV treatment protects the structures from the attacks of the sun.
In addition to the mechanical aspects of HDPE, the stations are lightweight which allows for easy installation. Two tanks are necessary for stations of 20 to 50 equivalent inhabitants (Classic range). Then three tanks between 50 and 150 PE (professional range) and finally five tanks between 150 and 230 PE (professional XL range).
AQUAmax® technology is a simple maintenance technology because all its elements can be removed from the tanks in a few seconds, which considerably reduces maintenance costs. As this system is not supplied by a compressor or a blower but by an immersed aerator, the noise nuisance is almost zero and the operating components need to be changed less frequently.
