Alternative to fiber, polyester or concrete lifting stations, our monobloc polyethylene lifting tanks (tank) will give you incomparable comfort and speed of installation. Manufactured and assembled in our workshops, they can accommodate one or more pumps and possibly their seat feet.
Their internal diameter can be 800 and 1000 mm.

WASTEWATER PUMPING STATION

A lifting station is a piece of equipment made up of a polyethylene lifting tank (tank) and one or more pumps and allowing the collection and lifting of wastewater (or rainwater).
After this collection, the pumping station is responsible for directing this wastewater to a high point sewer or a treatment structure. In other words, the lifting station is an installation intended to return the wastewater located in depth or at the level of the basement to a higher discharge site. In general, pumping stations are characterized by their delivery height, peak flow, their electrical supply, the nature of the discharged water (clear water, loaded water), etc.
Each case is studied and quantified individually. The lifting tarpaulins are 94 cm to 5 meters high. The diameters available are 80 cm or 1 meter.
FUNCTIONING
The wastewater arrives in a polyethylene tank equipped with electric submersible pumps.
A screen basket retains large waste to protect the pumps (optional). One or more floats will regulate the water level in the tank. Raising the floats starts the pumps; The waste water will then be sucked up and transferred through vertical pipes into the delivery pipe fitted with a non-return valve. It is necessary to provide ventilation for the structure. Access to the pumps should be facilitated in order to maintain the electromechanical elements without difficulty. The power supply is located outside the installation.

INTERVIEW

Regarding the maintenance of the lifting station, there are a number of points to be observed.
First of all, the site must be secured by cutting off the power supply to avoid any risk of accidents. It is then necessary to open the lifting station, to pump what is in the tank.
Pumping is provided by the hydrocurger truck.
The pumps cleaned in this way are finally visible and can be checked. It is then necessary to extract the screen basket which serves as protection, to remove the sediment. It is this basket which retains all the large non-aspirable waste. It is therefore important to empty it. It is then necessary to clean with a play under powerful pressure, that it is the walls, the pipes or the accessories. It is then necessary to put everything back in place, before closing the station. The pumps can be switched on again.
