STORAGE AND RETENTION OF SPECIFIC LIQUIDS

REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
According to the ministerial decree of February 2, 1998 relating to the storage of products likely to create soil or water pollution, it is requested to
set up a retention capacity the volume of which is at least equal to the greater of the following two values:
• 100% of the capacity of the largest tank;
• 50% of the capacity of the associated tanks. This provision is not applicable to waste water treatment basins.
